wow, what a place to stay!

The location rocks. Walking to the grand palace is totally doable and bolt is also an option. the rooms are super clean. the pool is amazing for a post-sightseeing dip. It cools you off real quick after a scorcher of a day. i super loved the heritage vibe of the hotel!

The room was spacious and clean with fresh white bed linen. This is something i appreciate. it included two separate sinks! the shower was hot and powerful, a total treat after a long day.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, even letting us keep our coats there since we didn't need them in thailand. the pool was quite large and refreshing after a hot day. the hotel's location was near shops and a short walk to attractions.

the hotel wanted a cash deposit. i argued about getting this money back if i checked out early. the signs say they prefer cashless payments so i wondered why this was not held as pending payment on a card

i found the staff at the restaurant very friendly. They seemed to want to ensure we were well taken care of. I loved the pool for cooling off after long HOT days. The location is excellent and i consider this hotel a real GEM.
the beds were old and quite hard unfortunately. I reminded me of they put support under the bed. Made it like wood and pretty uncomfortable to SLEEP on.

the staff was helpful i received early check-in after my long flight the location allowed me to walk to many city attractions it was very convenient. the lobby felt cute the staff gave assistance the room provided sufficient space it was clean i did appreciate that. the pool provided a tropical feel common spaces were nice it's an architecturally unique place.
